Q:
¿Esto suena natural? Hideo Nomo, a first Japanese major leaguer who played in LA Dodgers, was the object of my dream. If my memory serves me right, I was 10 years old. I saw him pitch no hitter against the Rockies in Coors Field on TV. His achievement stimulated me to practise baseball. But I had to give up playing baseball because of injury. I can't forget about his achievement and impact!
A:
Hideo Nomo, the first Japanese major leaguer who played for the LA Dodgers, was the object of my admiration. If I remember correctly, I was about 10 years old when I first saw him pitch a no-hitter on TV against the Rockies at Coors Field. His achievement inspired me to play baseball, although I eventually had to give it up because of an injury. Still, I’ll never forget his achievement and the positive influence he had on me.

A:
It sounds great but “practise” should change to “practice” and “I had to give up baseball because of ‘an’ injury.” And try “His achievement ‘inspired’ me to practice baseball.” instead of ‘stimulated’.
Great job! :)
