Q: ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre expectation y expectancy ?
A: "Expectation" is used when there is a common agreement on what will happen (what is to be expected).

"Expectancy" is used usually about one's own expectations, and usually about something positive that will happen.

"There is an expectation that you are not to be late to your job."
"He tends to go too far with his expectations of other people."

"She walked with a spring in her step, engrossed in the air of expectancy."
"Don't trail off too much with your expectancies. Stay grounded in reality."

Q: ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre exceed their expectations y exceed their expecting ?
A: Exceed their expectations is correct.
exceed their expecting is not correct. Could be said 'exceed what they were expecting'.

"I was hoping for a polite 'Thank you.' Your gratitude greatly exceeded what I was expecting."
Q: ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre he has high expectations for salary, responsibility and job flexibility. y he has high expectations of salary, responsibility and job flexibility. ?
A: In that sentence expectations would be plural because it is talking about women (being multiple.) not a woman (which is singular.) If the sentence said "A woman who has a high expectation of marriage is often disappointed." the noun (woman) isn't plural so the word expectation isn't either (in most cases.) But the sentence "A woman that has high expectations of marriage is often disappointed." It is only talking about one person yet expectations is plural. (I'm sorry if i've confused you.) The word expectation(s) is word that isn't always plural and also isn't a word that can never be plural. Weather it is plural or not depends on the situation and sentence you are using it in. (Again, i'm really sorry if i didn't help and just confused you!) If you are talking in a formal context (at a job, or writing a paper.) the first sentence would be better to use. But if you are talking to friends you could use the second sentence that you wrote. (I only corrected you because I've had teachers that would've corrected me for using the second sentence. That being said, some people may look at the second sentence and think that's it's wrong, and some may look at it and think that it is correct. It all depends on how you were taught.)
Q: ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre expectation y expectancy ?
A: Expectation and expectancy mean the same thing to me.
Maybe in different contexts.
For example, I could have an expectation for it to be sunny tomorrow.
Or, there is an expectancy for it to be sunny tomorrow.
Both mean the same thing in the end.
Hope this helps!

Q: ¿Esto suena natural? maybe put some extra expectation on myself
A: Spot on😊
Q: ¿Esto suena natural? "i don't want to kick up his expectation so i can amaze him whenever i want. that's why i'm holding my standard low."
A: It's so natural. But, remember that "i" is always capitalize "I". And always remember the breath mark the ",".
Q: ¿Esto suena natural? We examined the expectation of customers randomly regarding the price. 85% of survey respondents evaluated the product highly. While we have to raise the cost because persistent extremely high material prices.
A: In the first sentence, I would change "examined" to "surveyed" because examined sounds like you're testing them rather than asking for their opinion. I would also change the position of "random" in the first sentence to:
We randomly surveyed the expectation of customers regarding the price (of the product).
We surveyed the expectations of random customers regarding the price (of the product).

I think the second sentence is a little weird because of the context.
If you mean the customers though the price was high/expensive, I would change the second sentence to:
85% of the (survey) respondents thought the product was (too) expensive.
85% of the (survey) respondents thought the price was too high.

For the third sentence, I would change "while (~하는 동안)" to "but (~하지만)." I also think you need to take out either "persistent" or "extremely" they don't work well together in this case:
But we have to raise the cost because of persistently high material prices. (값이 계속 올리다라는 뜻)
But we have to raise the cost because of extremely high material prices. (값이 너무 비싸다라는 뜻)
Q: ¿Esto suena natural? Lowering your expectation would be better attitude/mindset to have at this point, I think?
A: I think lowering your expectations would be a better mindset to have at this point.

In English most of the time "I think" is used at the front. You can also put it at the back as well, as an afterthought, it's perfectly fine. Just wanted to point this out because 것 같다 is used at the end 😊
Q: ¿Esto suena natural? I know that I have been procrastinating is because I'm afraid to fail my own expectation.
A: I know that I've been procrastinating because I'm afraid of not being able to meet my own expectations.
