If you just meant plants in general, then I would just simply say plants, since greenery is not that common of a word where I am from, but could certainly be something important in your native culture. You could say, “Wow! I love all of the plants that you have here. They’re so beautiful.” Also, you should say “thank you for answering me” or “thank you for responding,” instead. Asking would be if I were saying a question to you in hopes of a response.
