I've even heard "holy cow" and "holy moly" and other ways to express this same thing; it's not the meaning of that specific word that matters, but the sentiment of surprise.

There's the expression, "I call bullshit," meaning that you know they're lying.
"Holy shit" is often used for surprise or disbelief of something.
Ex. "Holy shit! I can't believe Atletico Madrid won the league!" :D

A: BTW it's ok to say the Holy Bible, but it's far more common to just say the Bible. Holy Bible just gives it a much more religious tone.

Honestly, "good" is what I would say. I really can't recommend anything else, since that sounds the best and most natural to me.
