A: @IlyaCheh No. Humidity describes a situation where there is both heat and water. Not just heat. Moisture can be used to describe water alone without heat.

eg. When it is humid, it is always moist. But when it is moist, it is not always humid.

A: You can say humid and people will know what you mean. Good synonyms would be “muggy” or you could say “the weather is sticky”, but that last one is a little more rural
