Your accent is strong but you are understandable. I would work on trying to lose the katakana rhythms in your speech, and practice the English Rs and Ls. The Japanese ra ri ru re ro pronunciation is in between the English R and L pronunciation and that is why it is harder for both English speakers and Japanese to master the pronunciation in each other's languages, I think. I would just suggest listening to more native English speakers. But, very good!
