Only remember to use ‘an’, not ‘a’ before words that begin with a vowel (a, e, i, o, u). “We use AN original…”

Also a very little improvement: “miso paste is made from… and IS often used in Japanese cooking. (Yours is not wrong; this just sounds better.)

And remember that countries and country adjectives, like English, French, Japanese, always start with a Capital Letter.

When using combination of A & B, A & B are general items; “an avocado” refers to a specific avocado while “avocado” refers to any avocado

Also, regarding avocados vs avocado, I don’t think there’s much of a difference but personally “miso soup and avocado seem like a mismatch...” sounds more natural but I believe either is correct

A: "I usually eat miso soup, rice, vegetables, and fish or meat." Sounds more natural

A: Miso paste includes dashi

A: Miso ramen is more delicious if you add butter.
