A: There is no difference when it comes to the meaning, those sentences are both correct and they mean the same thing. However, "quickly" is an adverb and is based on the verb "reacts", whereas "quick" is an adjective and is based on the noun, "reactions". By the way, I recommend saying "fast", not "quick". In addition, I'm not sure that the difference between "such" and "such as".
I'd like to know them clearly.
A: "her reaction" is natural

"I loved her reaction - she was so happy."

However, "such" in your sentence is not used correctly. Instead, the sentence could be:
1. I’m happy to see a reaction such as hers.
OR
2. I’m happy to see her reaction.
OR
3. I’m happy to see such a reaction from her.

However, to make these sentences sound more natural, you would say:
1. I love/like to see a reaction such as hers.
OR
2. I was happy to see her reaction.
OR
3. I was happy to see such a reaction from her.

A customer who speaks English came to our drug store yesterday.
She said like that: "I would stay home today because it had been rained. But it has stopped. I'm glad to be able to go out."

I came up with some phrases, but these might sound strange:

Good for you.
→Sounds condescending to say to customers?

Sounds good!
I think so too.
→Sounds unnatural?

Could you give me any good ideas?
A: Yeah. Your responses don't need to be robotic or out of a text book. Pay attention to what she's saying, and maybe you can relate to her a little bit. In America, sometimes we like to make conversation with random people. Other times, we don't. It's all about context. So if she seemed really happy about the rain stopping, just drop a little "Yeah me too. Hope this weather continues!" and you'll get a smile out of her (:
