A: @monochrome61 in my understanding something you "reserve" is the cinema or a table at a restaurant and "book" is tickets for an airplane flight or a hotel they both basically have the same meaning but can be both used in the same kind of content of talking

A: These words could actually be used interchageably. According to Oxford dictionary:

to book: to arrange with a hotel, restaurant, theatre etc available on a particular date.
eg: I have already booked a flight home.

To reserve: to ask for a seat, table, room, etc. to be available for you or somebody else at a future time.
eg: I'm calling to reserve a table for tonight.

Although it could be used interchangeably, I've never heard someone says "I've reserved the flight" but what people use is "I've booked the flight".

A: The first sentence sounds very natural, the second sound slightly unnatural. I would rewrite it as "what performances are currently showing?" Or "what's the current line up?" Line up is just another term for performances, or like who is showcasing.
