Q:
¿Cuál es la diferencia entre He stabbed her, every stab aiming at her neck. y He stabbed her, every stab aimed for her neck. ?
A:
I think we got a bit confused, in my first answer I stated you can use "aiming", but re-worded the statement.
My second answer was specifically to the second question.
Sorry for the confusion.
As well, re-reading this, I noticed there is another problem, it should be, "He began to stab her,...", as originally it merely states he stabbed her once and does not match the secondary clause which indicates multiple.
(As for why it can"t be how it was before I re-worded it the first time is a bit more complicated and I can't explain, some simple things like this get too complicated, especially since English grammar isn't actually agreed on. I can recall many times my English teachers argued for an entire class on one word in one sentence, usually disagreeing.)
