Revert means turn back into something, go back to some state that you were before in.

Convert means turn into, go from one state to another.

Your example is wrong. Revert and convert are verbs. If you want to use them as adjectives, you either use the equivalent noun (in case there is), or you use the participle. In your case: "He is a converted", although in this case it sounds much better to me to say "He has converted to Christianism", for instance. To say "He is a converted to Christianism" sounds definitely wrong to my ears.
