You can use either "I just woke up" or "I just woke up now."
For example,
"What are your plans for today?"
"I don't know yet. I just woke up."
Adding "now" at the end helps to emphasize the timeframe of you just waking.
For example,
"Weren't you supposed to go to work?"
"Yeah, I'm running late. I just woke up now!"
