I want to tell my male friend that I don’t feel well because I’m on my period. But I’m worried if he get uncomfortable to hear the word ‘period’. Is there any way to indirectly express ‘I’m on my period’ ?

you can just say you're having cramps; but really, if it makes him in anyway uncomfortable to hear the word "period" then he needs to grow tf up honestly 🤷
