I'm loving you is in present continuous i think
And i loved you is past so depends on when and how you say it that made it wrong/a mistake. :)

In English we very often use "am" to describe something that is ongoing in the present tense. For example: "I am eating an orange" instead of "I eat an orange" or "I am driving a car" instead of "I drive a car". But we don't do that with "love". We simply don't say "I am loving you" but instead always use "I love you."
As for "I have loved you", that could be used as a qualification for a time period. For example: "I have loved you even when you didn't really deserve it." or "Even though I have loved you for your entire life, I now have to say goodbye."
