I think Lapin-dargent wants to know which is wetter, a damp cloth or a wet cloth. He guesses that a wet cloth is wetter than a damp cloth. I'd like to know the answer too. ^^

I think that the wetness of 'moist' is nearly same as the wetness of 'damp', but 'moist' doesn't have a bad feel.
ex.)
