Aim and goal can both be used interchangeably in sentences.
For example, “my aim is to succeed”
And “my goal is to succeed” mean the same thing

In many cases they can be used interchangeably, but "goal" is more specific and can also refer to a place, while "aim" is more of an idea or a long-term plan.
Examples:
"We wanted to get to the top of the mountain and we reached our goal by evening." (You would not say "we reached our aim.")
"Why are you taking English lessons? Do you have a goal in mind?" (You would not say "do you have an aim in mind?")
"Our aim is to achieve world peace." (It would be fine to say "goal" but "aim" is a bit better.)

Goal is a set target that a person wants to achieve.
Aim is the determined course a person sets to achieve a target.
In other words Goal is the overarching target and aim is the process you set to achieve that bigger goal.

AIm and goal sometimes can be used interchangeably. Generally speaking, Aim describes a broader, and more abstract idea. A goal is more specific, and has pre-defined and achievable steps that one can take to achieve it.
"Aim" and "goal" each have other usages, also, which do not overlap.
