A fee is something you pay for access to something, like an entrance fee to a museum or a membership fee for your club.
A fine is a monetary punishment. There can be a $100 fine for littering in the park.
A ticket can either be some kind of paper (or digital ticket, nowadays) that grants you admission to something (like a ticket to see a concert) OR something on which your fine is written, like a speeding ticket handed out by a police officer.
A bill is a list of items or services you have to pay for. Examples: you pay a hotel bill, you ask for "the bill" when you're ready to pay at a restaurant, you get a monthly bill from your phone company.
Taxes are usually charged by the government. Common examples are sales tax (like paying 10% on top of the price at a clothing store) and income tax (paying a percentage of your salary to the government).
