It means “Don’t give me too much (unnecessary) information”. If someone is telling a story, but they’re describing every little detail, someone might say this so that they get to the point. I don’t hear this very much, but it isn’t uncommon. It also comes off a little rude, so I wouldn’t recommend using it to just anyone.
