1. I get too nervous to spend my money, it was too expensive to buy.
3. I am too nervous about Pasig River because they don't clean that river.
4. I get nervous when I can't get get to him in time.
I think it's sort of like I get nervous or I get scared about something. You no longer feel good about it.. it's a little hard. But I provided some lose translations.

Try the word "disappointed" for sentence number 2, instead.
