"I don't have any family left" is them saying they either have no surviving (currently alive) family members or that they've disowned any surviving family members.
"And my friends are gorgeous" is likely commenting on them overall (gorgeous, as in great or wonderful), not their appearance.
"But they're also GORGERS! They eat me out of my house and home." is the contrasting negative point about their friends to the positive of calling them gorgeous. A "gorger" would be someone that gorges on food--or, put more simply, eats a lot. "Eating me out of house and home" is an idiom, or saying, that means your means (income) can't meet or keep up with someone's appetite (or the cost to buy that food). It is generally used in an exaggerated, light-hearted nature. If we were going to order pizza and my son ate an entire pizza by himself, I might say "you are going to eat me out of house and home if you keep this up!"
"Basically, I'm on my own." is them saying that they have no one to rely on but themselves. They love their friends, but they are not as independent or mature (which is exhibited by them constantly eating this person's food) and they have no family.
