「〜し抜く」は最後まで、それが完了するまで、その動作を続ける。という意味が強いです。
例えば、
「その問題は難しかったが、彼女は最後まで考え抜いた。」
「考え込む」など「〜込む」は一つだけの動作に集中する、という意味が強いです。
例えば、
「彼女は悪いことがあるとすぐに考え込んでしまう。」などです。
