It's usual to just say 'meneer' (or 'mijnheer'), 'mevrouw'. Any alternatives are essentially never used, I believe this is just the way the Dutch language has evolved. And yes, this does mean that you cannot derive the marital status from the way of addressing.

To clarify, "Juffrouw" is only used for a female significally younger than you. (For ex. You're 40 and she is 20-ish.)

Thank you. So, could you say "Mevrouw" to a girl of that age? Or it would be awkward? Or she would be offended, or pleased?

"Mevrouw" is mostly used for adults. If you call a teenager or a young adult "mevrouw" they might think you're guessing their age way above their real age. And I think it's universal that women don't like to be guessed older than their real age.
Short answer:
You could, however depending on the age some could be offended or find it awkward.
If they're teenagers or young adults (18-23) it's better to call them "juffrouw". Otherwise "mevrouw" is okay.

Dank u wel!
I always hope there may be some girls who would feel respected when they are called "Mevrow"(or "Madam" in French). Looks like most ladies want more to look yonger than to feel respected.
By the way, can you also call a woman not very young and not married "mevrow"? Because in English "Mrs" is restricted for married women...

Yes, you can. (Or atleast, that's what I do, and I live in Belgium. Because, you don't always see the marriage ring from a distance. For example, when you're calling said woman and you don't know her name.)
