Ciao qualcuno può dirmi la differenza tra “come va” e “come sta”? “Come va” si usa spesso per chiedere se qualcuno (Lei) sta bene oppure se qualcosa va bene? O tutti e due i casi?

"come va" può riferirsi sia a "tu" (come stai?) che a "lei" (come sta?). È informale, ma è relativo più che alla persona, alla situazione nella quale si trova la persona: può sottointendere "come va (la giornata)?", "come va (il lavoro)?", "come va (rispetto a ieri)?" eccetera.
Nell'uso quotidiano sono però sostanzialmente sinonimi. L'unico valore a cui fare attenzione è il grado di formalità.
