@StanSm1th it’s wrong because “any” in questions is used to ask if THERE IS any (thing)
E.G. Is there anything I can do for you?
Is there anything to drink?
In this case you should use “some” because the question is about whether she said it or not and you’re not questioning if she’s buying something or not
