@goody_taka To the best of my knowledge, “We look forward to your...” should be followed by a noun, for example, “We look forward to your visit,” and “We look forward to” can be followed by a gerund, for example, “We look forward to seeing you,” but if the gerund concerns a different subject, then you need to add that before, for example, “We look forward to you visiting us in the future.”
This is just my opinion, and of course, feel free to phrase the sentence in whatever way you feel comfortable with :)

“We look forward to having you join us” is correct, but the other one is not. Another way of saying it is, “We look forward to you joining us”

But "We look forward to your joining us” sounds more natural like "Thank you for your joining us". " We look forward to you joining us" sounds weird for me. It looks a grammatical error.
