Stuck means you can't get it out.
Caught means that maybe it's easy to get out.
E.g It can be stuck in a hole and you can't remove it.
It can be caught in some cloth or fabric and if you move around then you can get it free more easily.
Caught should have an easy solution. Stuck should have a more difficult solution.

気分で使い分けてokですが、前者のほうがメジャーですかね。

@amazingfam there’s no difference, but my finger is stuck sounds better in my opinion.

when somthing is stuck it cannot move.
You can get caught on somthing without being stuck.
"I caught my jacket on the corner of the table and it ripped."
"I got my car stuck and it had to be pulled out"
.
