Any of the above is about the same. However, in conversation, "I hear she runs ten miles a day is probably used the most.

For the first two b works better than a. For the next two either works.

"It's said" is more formal and not often used in casual conversation. I agree with torako. "I hear..." or "I've heard" is more common.
"Se dice" es más formal y no se usa a menudo en conversaciones casuales. Estoy de acuerdo con tomako. "Escucho ..." o "He escuchado" es más común.
