But I think they're just jealous because MY generation has all this fancy technology and stuff they didn’t have growing up.
I don’t understand the grammar of the part of “they didn’t have growing up”.
I guess this sentence means that they didn’t have all this fancy technology and stuff when they were children.
I wonder why “growing up” comes after “have”?

"have" is referring to the "fancy technology and stuff".
the sentence means that others did not grow up with fancy technology and stuff.
read it this way: "fancy technology and stuff they didn't have (while) growing up"
the while is excluded as it is not necessary for it to be included into the sentence since it already makes sense without the word "while"
