Why : "They don't live here any more. They left two years ago." is a corret sentence?
I mean, the fact that they left has a consequence in the present : the fact that they don't live here anymore. So why can't I use present perfect?

While you're right, the sentence is focusing on the reason they don't live here anymore, and that's because they left in the past, and their leaving finished in the past (at a specific time). "They have left two years ago" doesn't make sense, because the action of them leaving started and finished at a specific time in the past.
