Vorrei sapere se la seguente battuta sia naturale:
A: Oggi ho dato l'esame.
B: Hai fatto bene?
Secondo me e` piu` naturale chiedere "E` andato bene?" oppure "Com'e` andato?", ma va bene anche "Hai fatto bene?" nel senso che "sei riuscito a far procedere bene l'esame?".
Grazie in anticipo e attendo il vostro parere.

No, io non direi mai "hai fatto bene ?" in questo caso, soltanto "È andata bene ?" o "Com'è andata ?".
E poi direi "Oggi ho dato un esame", se dici "l'esame" devi specificare quale "l'esame di matematica/di ingresso all'università/di maturità".

@Irene83 la domanda "com'è andato l'esame ?" suona bene con l'articolo determinativo perché, inconsciamente, diamo per scontato che se chiedo, so di che esame stiamo parlando. Mentre invece la frase "ho dato un/l'esame" è molto più generica e non ha un contesto scontato come il precedente, quindi suona meglio se la si pone come indefinita.
