It's B.
The first had references you.
The second had references the money.
You could actually say: "I would have bought that house if I had the money."
By using had twice, you're just putting emphasis on the fact this event happened in the past.
If you use 'had' once, it makes it feel like it happened in the recent past (without any additional context).
If you use 'had' twice, it makes it feel like it happened in the more distant past (without any additional context).
But the difference is so small that it's possible some native English speakers won't even pick up on the difference. Plus, context matters more anyways.
