This woman is speaking a dialect of English. I think it might be like Tokyo compared to Osaka? People from different regions speak differently.

@ambiverbose Thank you! you mean the sentence is technically "she sounds made-up~" but she just dropped the "s" and it's kind of like a dialect? This is from a drama and her character in the drama is a ten year old black girl from Indiana.
