Por favor muéstrame oraciones como ejemplos con hi, can you guys give me some examples with the verb ‘tratar’ and ‘tratar-se’? What's the actual difference between that two verbs? and also, I want to know how it is used in real life. . Dime tantas expresiones diarias como sea posible.

“Tratar” can be something like this

“This movie is a biography.”
In Portuguese:
“Este filme trata-se de uma biografia.”
Or
“Este filme é uma biografia.”

Other time we use “tratar” is when someone is sick and that person needs “tratar-se” to get god/fine.

“You are sick, you need to treat yourself.”
In Portuguese:
“Você está doente, precisa de se tratar.”

How you can see, the (se) it’s in the two phrases, one time after, other time before. It’s used to substitute the noun/pronoun.

It’s quite hard to understand.

“Preciso de tratar de uns assuntos”
“Eu posso tratar você melhor que ele”
“Trata-se de um computador muito potente”

Some of the uses for “tratar”, very hard to explain and understand...

tratar-se is much more formal so you dont actually hear it in your daily life, not even in your work. we use more "fala de", "é sobre" that has the same usage as trata-se.

" Você deve tratar desse ferimento o mais breve possível" you may treat this hurt as soon as possible. on medicine.
"Ele me tratou mal" He talk to me on evil way/behaved badly.
"Trata-se de um caso de emergência" its about a case of emergency/like a thing you have resolve very soon.
It is all I can think right now.

"Tratar" é um verbo transitivo, ou seja, ele precisa de um complemento para ter um sentido, por isso ele pode ser usado em várias situações.

Para entender melhor você pode por exemplo "perguntar" ao verbo na frase. Exemplo:

"Você deve tratar esse ferimento logo".

Você deve "tratar" o quê?
"Esse ferimento logo".

"Ele vai te tratar bem".
Ele vai te "tratar" como?
"Bem".

Tratar-se é o mesmo que "se tratar" ou "tratar de si mesmo".

"Você deve tratar-se bem para que se recupere logo".

No mesmo sentido de:
"Você deve se tratar bem para
que se recupere logo".
