i guess not. じゃない would be used as " be not", for example : 1)he is not my boyfriend.→彼(かれ)は私(わたし)のボーイフレンドじゃない。 2)its not a day off tomorrow. 明日(あした)は休(やす)みじゃない。 3)he doesnt speak japanese.→彼(かる)は日本語(にほんご)を[話(はな)さない。] hope helped.

When か is at the last of sentence, we can understand it’s question, so “?” is not necessary. But in such case we also use “?”.
