“Informal” is grammatically correct.
It means casual or relaxed.
Example:
“His speech was informal.”
“The dress code is informal.”
“Non-formal” is less common. It is used with the phrase “non-formal learning.”
Example:
“She joined a non-formal learning organization to learn how to swim.”
