¿Esto suena natural? I saw my ex girlfriend yesterday with a new guy, but I don't know if he's her new boyfriend or just a friend. They didn't see me, but I saw them. Since then, I can't stop thinking about all that happened in our relationships. I don't blame her for dating anyone, because I hurt her feelings. I feel so stupid. I didn't know I was gonna hurt her. I am so sorry Baby. If I had known that was going to hurt you, I would not have done that. Now I feel like a fool all this thinking about you. I think I'm still in love with you. I want you back Baby.

It depends who is the reader / listener. This reads properly if it is supposed to be thoughts in your head. (It doesn't work if you're talking to your ex-girlfriend though.)
