In that case, you may use the word "madrugada" from 1 am to 5 am or 6 am [until dawn. It depends on the time the sun rises]. If the sun has come up, then we use "mañana".

Example: "Usualmente voy a dormir a la una de la madrugada y me levanto a las siete de la mañana".
Beware, some people doesn't even use the word "madrugada" they might say: "Me voy a dormir a la una de la mañana"

(today I woke up twice during the night).
