Why is that sentence written sometimes with "si" and sometimes with "sÍ", I thought that for yes, we only used "sÍ".

That means if you are gonna say yes in something about a conversation and is asking yes or no.
But we have another way to say yes in spanish is Si pudiera this means “if I could” in English
