"Get" just means to gain possession of something. If you "earn" something, it means you somehow deserve it before you get it. Here are a couple examples:
I get a paycheck every week.
I earn a paycheck by working at my job.
I will get a degree when I am done with school.
I studied hard to earn my college degree.
I will get a place on the team.
I played hard to earn a place on the team.

So if you earn some thing that means that you worked hard to receive it. But if you just get some thing that means it was just handed to you whether or not you deserve it in the first place.
He earns $60,000 a year.
I just need to get his autograph to show my friend!
I put in a lot of effort to earn my position in this business!
Do you think there is anything else that I should get for the vacation?
Get is interesting.... The meaning can slightly change depending on the context but overall the same meaning can be conveyed

The nuance (slight difference in meaning/how the word is used) can be intentional like they have mentioned. For example: He hasn’t earned a dime of his own, everything he has has been given to him by his parents.
Get implies that something came into your possession. It describes just that, the simple action of something coming into your possession, the verb serves no function of describing how... it’s a little hard to explain, but that is basically we’re the difference between the two verbs comes from, since earn directly implies that you deserved it/you worked for it.
-He got his doctorate from UNC (this is an example of when it is not used intentionally to imply he didn’t earn it. Not at all, this is actually how you naturally say... I’m sure you know that though)
-He gets a monthly pension from the government for his disability.
-She got her wealth from laundering money.
-She earned her money by working hard.
-He earns a 6-figure salary.
I hope I may have helped a bit! ☺️
