Poco natural
It makes more sense to say "I don't have the guts to sing in front of people.". Saying someone has the "nerve" to do something is usually implied as a bad thing.

Thanks. So in the case of "nerve", it will be used as "I don't have the nerve to skip the class or "I don't have the nerve to steal things"? That will be the more proper usage of "nerve"?
