Está is verb "to be" and the person is "he"

Esta is the word "This + subject"

Ésta is a pronoun, you don't need a subject you change the subject for this word

The chair is beautiful, THAT's the best.

*"Está" is the conjugation of verb "estar" for she and he (singular 3. person). Ex. La leche está fría.

*"Esta* = this (feminine. Masculine would be "este"). Ex. Esta silla = This chair. Este libro = This book.

*"Ésta" makes reference to the previous noun, as a pronoun; so it never goes with any other noun (except for concatenation with "y").

Aunque en ésta opción también se puede emplear personas /cosas para hacer referencia.

All of them are correct

First one is the verb "estar" conjugated in the third person singular. Stress on the last syllable, thus the accent (diacritic mark) according to grammatical Spanish rules.

Second one is the feminine singular demonstrative adjective. Stress on the first syllable and there's no accent also because of these rules.

Third one is the feminine singular demonstrative pronoun (stress on the first syllable). This word shouldn't have an accent, but it does to differentiate it from the demonstrative adjective when reading.

Although now, 22 of the 23 academies of the Association of Spanish Language Academies heavily recommend not to use the accent on the demonstrative pronoun (ésta/éste) because confusion is rare and may be solved. Only the Mexican Academy still supports the use of the accent.
