It is not my concern that he is being arrested means that it isn't your business or it doesn't concern you in the situation so there is no reason for you to be involved


He could get arrested for all I care means you don't care about the person, generally if someone has done something wrong and you don't necessarily care you would say this


I don't care he was arrested means if you may be gossiping with someone and they say " Well Jared was arrested and when he gets out of prison he's coming for you " and they would retort " I don't care he was arrested and by trial he won't be out for awhile "
