@Armmine no real official name for that as far as I know. Interns often do these things, and there might be more negative terms like "errand boy" or like you said, the "new guy"

a lot of people in different positions do these things, there isn't always a specific job for it. Interns, secretaries, office clerks, etc

I mean, it's not on his job description, but maybe he is a new guy so all the trivial tasks got delegated to him. I believe there is a word for it, right?

@Armmine those two I gave I think are pretty common. "coffee girl" maybe? these are pretty specific to gender too, it's not very interchangeable. hope that helps
