意味は同じです。
ただ、「時間ギリギリに到着した」とは言いますが「時間すれすれに到着した」とは言いませんね。また、「ギリギリセーフ」とは言いますが「すれすれセーフ」とは言いません。「壁すれすれ」「壁ギリギリ」はどちらも使います。
