People used to get married a lot but its definitely declining nowadays. I think thats happening in most western countries as well. Personally, I'd like to get married someday.

Most people get married in their mid twenties. Being married is not only normal but expected by friends, family, and society. However, that norm is changing and people are starting to get married later in life and some not marrying at all. Personally I wouldn’t like to get married.

Most people eventually get married in the United States, especially now that gay marriage is legal. However, in general, people are waiting longer before getting married so that they can focus on school or their job. People still like getting married, they just don’t do it as young anymore.
