'deserve' 用来表示因为某个固有的原因而值得, 比如说 'all humans deserve respect'. 'have earned' 的意思是通过具体的行动才值得,比如说 "I worked so hard this year, I have earned a promotion". 因为 'have earned' 一般是说已完成的行动,所以最常用完成时。
"I am earning a promotion"和"I will earn a promotion"语法方面也没错,就是适合用这些说法的情况不太常见
