The translation is "pie" (for one) and "pies" for more than one, for example:
"Ese perchero tiene cinco pies de altura" (I think a dresser is a perchero but I'm just guessing)
But the thing is that the U.S is the only country where you guys use this measuring system, so, normally people won't have clue of how tall is something if you say it in "pies". What I do is I just guess by assuming how much a normal feet is, which is like 23cm I guess lol.

Foot would be "pie" and if wanted plural it would be "pies", the sentence you want to translate would be said like " Ese armario es cinco pies de alto". I think, Hope this helps

Ese tocador mide cinco pies de alto.
Para referir "Pies" como unidad de medida debes usar la palabra "Mide"
Por ejemplo:
1-Esa puerta Mide 2 pies de alto.
2- Esa casa mide 6 pies de alto.
