If it's the order from the shortest to longest time it would be:
I haven't seen you around for a while. (Since it's more specific that it was just in a certain place. But he or she must be updated about her)
I haven't seen you in a while. ( meaning, the person didn't get any update nor see him/her in a while)
Long time no see.
(No specific timeline, just long... So it might or might not be too long)
I haven't seen you in years.
(Well you have the word years. HAHAHAH)
