They are both correct sentences, but they mean different things.
“I should get used to it” is talking about the future.
For example,
“My alarm clocked annoyed me this morning, but i should get used to it, because the new year of school is starting and i have to start waking up early.”
“I should be used to it” is past. You should already be used to the thing.
For example,
(If it’s in the middle of the school year), “My alarm clock is annoying but i should be used to it, because i have heard it every morning for months.”

They are both correct.
"I should get used to it" is something you should get used to in the future, usually because it is new.
"I should be used to it" is something you should have already become used to in the past because it has been happening for a while, but you have not.

@NewAgeViking @apeelz so I can conclude that "I should get used to it = today/now", and "I should be used to it = happened in the past"?
e.g.
I used to wake up early in the morning for school but today I should get used to wake up late because all schools are now online.
she should be used to read books to gain her knowledge. Now she regrets for not doing it in the past.
what do you think about the examples? can you guys give me any correction?

The examples are pretty good, but
Your first example should be, “I used to wake up early in the morning for school, but now, I should start getting used to waking up late, because all schools are now online.”
the 2nd one should be,
“She should be used to reading books, by now, so that she can gain more knowledge. She regrets not reading enough in the past.”

I'd give different examples.
I used to sleep late because all the schools were online, but now they have reopened and I have to get up an hour earlier. Well, I guess I should get used to it. (something new)
The school bus is late again? That's the 4th time this month! Well, I guess I should be used to it. (happened in the past but you are still not used to it)
