An asset is a physical thing that you own. For example, your house would be an asset. Gold would also be an asset.
Wealth is how much money you have. It include assets, but it can also include cash. Typically, people who have a lot of money are called wealthy (its a synonym to “rich”).
A fortune is when somebody has a ton of wealth. When someone is very rich you would say “they have a fortune”.
